The CEO appears to be the "stocker".
The CEO posting a "bounty" on opinion-posters is about as cowardly as it gets. Maybe Hop-On should focus on paying their huge court judgements, paying their financier the preferred shares he promised, and finding a way to get Hop-On's business license back.
CEO must be angry that the California Franchise Tax board has been contacted to make them aware of Hop-On appearing to conduct business without a business license again. Apparently I'm not the only concerned person to contact the FTB to make them aware of what Hop-On is doing.
