The filings are proof that Nelson created a situation that would inevitably screw shareholders over in the longer run by handing out millions of shares at a 90% discount to market price. They also prove that many of the people who obtained a large number of shares in this manner are related to him in some way. I do not mean family relations, as Nelson was by marriage related to a partner at their former "independent" auditor who is now on the board of directors. More of a friends and business associates relation.
