CEs' *volume* .. if not *executed* over the next 2 days .. (first half of the month) .. takes them to
next week (back half of the month) .. imo if they *CANT* show *volume* by EO next week .. i'll lay
odds that PTOI's *bid* legitimately will begin to stack .. and exponentially begin to move UP ..
