The Note bear interests at the rate of 10% and must be repaid on or before October 5, 2017. WOW... A company that produces what generates what type of income based off of what? Going to pay this within a year?

Doing your own DD is your best option. Don't buy or do anything cause you read something I say I might do or have done.
