Okay, I looked at some history and I think I see you say it was in Jan 2015.
What can I tell you. No one should be investing heavily in a pink sheet stock. Also, a strong buy is an opinion, it is a forecast. Opinions are a dime a dozen. You will see hundreds of opinions that IMSC "earnings will be great and the shorts will be burned" over the past few years here.
Any company that recommends pinks, like Noble, is a bottom barrel company. And so, any recommendation by them should be treated as if it came from a pet dog.
If investing were as easy as buying any stock listed as a strong buy and seeing it rise 10x, then no one would be working. Everyone would just sit and home and buy the "strong buys" and profit.
Stay away from pinks. You've probably learned this by now, hopefully.

Please don't throw good money after bad. You can't sue someone for having a wrong opinion. With that presentation, there was a whole disclaimer read or distributed to you. Read it. It tells you why you have no case.
