We expect them to issue equity shares for cash.

Raising the compensation shares is long term. My view of compensation shares, especially when the insiders never sell, is they are used as a retention tool. Insiders are not profiting by selling them once exercised.

Our insiders own 41.4% of the only class of shares issued, common stock. Our interests are aligned.

Management may not succeed as they once hoped, but they are damn well trying to make it big. They are fighting hard, growing revenues by double digits, and have the access to capital to stick around until they cross finish line.

I have the patience to let them WIN.
