I disagree with the MM covering theory. This has happened several times as the price looks like it is making a move upward. It gets batted down to the bid by a small trade. Timing is too convenient to be MM covering a position.
As far as everything else goes, we are in agreement, they should be updating the shareholders. The silver lining I see here, is that this is a running, active company, unlike many other OTC stocks which have nothing on the go. This is high risk for sure, but the reward could be huge.
