Yes, it might well not be easy to prove, but it is not just we minnows out there. There are a number of institutional investors and, of course, the recent tranche under the 75 cent private placement. If one believes the manipulation theory, might it not also be possible that the environmentalists are behind it? They seem to have deep pockets and plenty of money to throw at frivolous lawsuits, so why not, in addition to those delaying tactics, depress sentiment at the same time by playing the stock down? We need a positive PR offensive!
