I'm still waiting for someone to show me just one case, just ONE where a billion dollar hedge fund lender was the soul financier of a company with $200M+ in contracts in which the lender colluded and extorted the debtor from seeking alternative financing, conducted insider trading AND

Where the management of the debtor apparently colluded with the financier to screw their investors in favor of lucrative contracts, bonuses, and payoffs with another multi billion dollar company.

Some are trying to 'sanitize' this case as just 'another Chapter11'.
