He won't answer you. It's BAD NEWS called DILUTION. Now you know why management owns the majority of the shares. So they can bend you over and pleasure you in a way you never wanted to be pleasured. Management just screwed the shareholder who had faith in them. Unbelievable!!! Your proxy vote is completely meaningless. All their insider buys now mean absolutely nothing.
