Knowledgeable insider seems to drop in and out here and elsewhere -- mostly elsewhere these days -- as an apologist for mishaps and set backs. Some times it's possible to figure out what he's hinting at but other times not at all. I agree with your comment that some of the posts are inkblots that might be butterflies, etc. My guess is that the actual knowledgeable insiders or at least their lawyers wish he would shut the hell up.

I guess the next big dates are February and May? IPR and the nullity proceedings in Germany?
