The simple answer is the lower the phase the easier it is to pass and the less significant it is - thus, the less impact on share price. As such, we will see much less of a rise getting thru phase I than later phases. However, our market cap is extremely low right now - so if the anti-cancer shows any kind of efficacy thru phase I we should see a nice pop from here - then the share price will probably drift and settle as they gear up for the next phase.
