HOW COME I DONT SEE THIS IN THE SEC FILING ! IM GUESSING IT DOESNT EXIST AND ITS ALL PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE! OMGROTFLMFAO! The shares were issued to these " ice cream " contractors for work done " under the table " so to speak...lol...
