pxxpy7 -SEC investigation of PHOT

Any info that indicates it is not under investigation? As far as I can tell, there has not yet been a "no action" letter given to PHOT. Everyone knows that SEC investigations can take 2-5 years before charges are levied (or no charges).

Yes, it came off the greys, but was booted back to the pinksheets 8 days afterward, and still has not found an MM to sponsor them, thus the "unsolicited quotes only" warning about PHOT.
Not having MM sponsorship is pretty similar to being a grey market stock......no MM's are making a market in PHOT.....except there is a bid and an ask.

PHOT has NEVER made a profit.....ever. It is also seeing drastic declines in sales/revenue amid heavy dilution.
