To play devils advocate - this WAS pumped in 6 promos since December - same time we got a couple of PRs. And volume has been very very strong, taking the stock from a penny to 10 cents. Now it is at around 4 cents.

How can anyone say there wasn't buying on the way up and selling on the way down by someone who was involved with the pumping? I'm guessing some 50 million shares have traded hands here.

A worse alternative is that you are right and nobody bought in but shares were sold by those who owned before the pumping occurred. This is denied of course, and I hope that is the case. But it is a possibility. Until contracts are announced, this will be under some suspicion due to those promos. There is a very good reason the otcmarkets puts cross & bones on certain stocks that are being heavily promoted without the announcement of concrete news.
