Mostly but not always. It depends on the company's situation but it's not often you see where a subsidiary is much more valuable than the parent. The difference between a 5 billion float and a 50 million is obvious on good news. Bmsn could be quite valuable through Regen. I'm not a 100% in the know about their debt but if I were buying more I would find out.
