Hi nowwhat2, allow me to share some insight into those 2 points.

I have been to the site, core shed/lab/etc. Met with management/directors many times and have even met Mr. Sullivan's son.

What do we know about the James Sullivan Trust, etc. ?

It no longer exists. He died and the shares in the trust were distributed to his heirs (two women and a man IIRC - the one I met. Also, Excelsior does not lease from them anymore, there was a buyout. - it is 100% owned by Excelsior.

The only thing Excelsior has to do with them now is that they still own the core shed/lab and are landlords for that. Excelsior rents it. They are like any shareholder. They can buy or sell as they see fit. As I understand is the case they continue to be very supportive. Consider them to be part of the float. Unlike Greenstone's 50 plus percent.

Here is a small factoid. Mr. Sullivan gained ownership of the property in the 1970's by renting out a drill rig he owned to the then claim holders who stole it and took it Mexico. His only recourse was to lay claim to the property, which he did and took control of it. He also added to the land package. He worked on it, developed it, and partnered with MAGNA to further develop it. He built the warehouse and took fantastic care of the data and core.

Part 2.

MAGNA was the partner on the property. They also owned the massive Resolution Copper project. BHP bought MAGNA to get Resolution. Gunnison is way, way too small for the world's biggest miner BHP so it was dropped. MAGNA did a lot of the historical work that MIN has made use of. The amount of core there is stunning. Sullivan took control back and partnered with Stephen Twyerould who further developed it and then it went into a shell and became Excelsior for access to the public market.

Also, you are looking at the pre-fease. Perhaps goto sedar.com and look at the feasibility study.
