So PHOT pays $2 million-worth of dilutive shares and $700K cash to get out of a lawsuit. What were they hiding?
PHOT got suspended by the SEC. Awaiting any update on the SEC investigation that got them suspended and is likely ongoing. Did PHOT pay all that cash and the $2 million-worth of shares to prevent discovery by the plaintiff in the class?

So PHOT can't even find a way to get close to a profit.

So PHOT can't couldn't get dilutive financing without pledging all the company assets, so they risked the entire company being foreclosed upon.
