I can tell you first hand that I was trying to get filled in between the market on an all or none trade here last week and it didn't happen... as soon as I raised to the offer and took off the all or none, I got hit on 10k shares, which was half of my order...

I'm sure it doesn't help that there are only 5 market makers pushing and pulling the stock around... they obviously don't want to part with their shares... lol!!...
