If Hillary had won a deal might possibly have been done. Trump is very loyal and his most loyal supporters who delivered Florida for him were the Miami Dade Cuban immigrant families who are violently hostile to a settlement.

It might all change in 4 or 8 more years but until then: NO WAY

I will look again here if this is still listed in 3 1/2 years or 7 1/2 years if Trump wins s second term.
