I think the word is imminent. Eminent means positive. Neither word is accurate. The current board has said nothing since firing the former interim CEO. The former interim CEO is challenging the board's decision to fire him. This is a complete mess and everyone is in the dark. The current interim CEO is not the answer. Until the board addresses the situation the likelihood of bankruptcy is high. Money will run out this month or next and the RO is in limbo. No RO, no money and no more PVCT. The only way this stock moves is with positive news from the former interim CEO or the board. I'm not betting on the board.
