I read this completely different. In my opinion they're just saying that while Fluticare has not been approved yet, they (the manufacturer) will keep Fluticare as a priority when in fact it is approved. Innovus may be one of their biggest clients and they are just reassuring them as soon as it's approved, their foot will be on the gas.
