You raise exactly the reasons I think this lawyer is not good:

- spent half his time complaining about Nash, when Nash couldn't have caused this trouble if he'd done his job correctly in the first place.

- how can he be confused about the Vedanti/VSL relationship if he has been preparing for this argument for months??

- I didn't hear him provide any precedent to justify why an alter-ego comment should suffice in lieu of a written licensing contract for the specific patent. The fact that there IS a contract discussing the '227 patent really undercuts that theory.
