Dan isn't lying. He cant. You have to speak to lie.
Dan says nothing. And I have not said he is lying.

And yes the holidays can slow things down. I have heard of that before and can see why things could fall a week or so behind.
I just never heard the excuse used on halloween.

People making a holiday excuse for something that should have been done before the first holiday in the list is sad.

Since Dan is well aware of the history here and knows what waiting on information feels like he should have spoke up around Dec 1 to let people know that things are progressing.

He KNOWS that his silence makes him Scotts carbon copy.
He knows everyone was scammed by Scott making the exact same moves he is making.

Why should he "waste his time/money"?
Because he knows every shareholder is a victim and he should respect that and not victimize them again the same way.
