Hopefully that doesn't happen. Indeed there will be a lot of irate shareholders. A spinoff clearly signals no intent of really developing anything. If Koos EVER wants to make big money for himself and the shareholders he needs to actually now deliver a product that works plain and simple. Then either deliver to market or sell the business. The time(2017) is now to advance NR2F6 which has proven science behind it. IP, testing etc. Otherwise ENTB and/or any spinoffs will flounder in single digit pennies or fractions of pennies e.g. BMSN and fade away to no bid.
