I am expecting news soon and it should read like this is my guess:PLY and VHUB join forces in a reverse merger.PLY corporation through the aquisition of vaporhub international will alot 2 shares of the new company to existing shareholders of vhub as of record date of 1-12-2017.Exsisting vhub shareholders can opt out of aquisition recieving .09 cents per share.Just a wild guess which makes sense since they are in the same buis..Any and all remarks are appreciated.
