It would make for much more interesting conversations.
I agree that our original expectations, predicated on $100/BBL oil, are lost unless we see an unprecedented level of cooperation between competing producers and a level of cooperative long term thinking they don't seem capable of.
But i think it's a pretty big niche..
.Just look at the level of air pollution China is enjoying presently. With the energy industry under the wing of the whitehouse, we will see a resurgence in levels of smog that will make NG vehicles much more appealing in urban areas.
