Bulls and shorts in power struggle. Watch where you set your stop/losses. MM's will gap the stock down to grab your shares that are being held tight. Some large hits today. Saw a 30,000 buy at the ask earlier and a few other large buys. Either somebody is loading or shorts are covering when they can.
