The chart they show you is incorrect. AXPW was never at $400 per share. Look at the 10 year chart, it shows a high above $1000 per share, its incorrect. I can't speak to why the chart shows the high per share value incorrectly. I can only guess that it has to do with the number of times the stock has undergone a reverse split and in doing so incorrectly calculates the per share value previous to the r/s. The low of $.0025 is accurate however.
