The warrants are good for five years. I don't know how soon you could exercise them, but the company has the right to call the warrants in at some point noted in the prospectus (perhaps at a 100% gain, I don't remember). Also, they should eventually begin to trade on the OTC-BB, and I would guess they'd carry a premium anywhere near the 6's. It might be easier to just sell the warrants then rather than exercise them to sell the stock.
