So this has been a problem for a few years now. When you get a new broker a lot of them will not transfer penny stocks. Where do you hold the stock now? Is it in a brokerage account? Can't you just sell it with them and then close the account? Hopefully you are not holding the certs. There was a broker who did accept penny stocks that were purchased from another broker but right now I can't recall the name and I don't know for sure if they still do it. If you look back on the posts on this board it was mentioned a few times a few years ago. Maybe someone who remembers can chime in.
