Yes, I posted that previously.

What does it mean though? You've claimed, without any proof, that JSBP is how Choi secretly controls NGCG. However, there's absolutely ZERO proof of that in the NGCG filings, and Choi has never been mentioned in one single NGCG filing or PR, has he?.

Neither JSBP or Choi is mentioned at all in the filing covering March 2016, which was signed by Kim.

JSBP first shows up here, in the quarterlies through June 2016:

https://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=NGCG&id=159374

There no explanation, no mention of Choi at all, just a random entry for a "Loan Payable" to JSBP for $200,000. No explanation of what the terms of the loan are, where it came from, or anything else that might be useful.

Then in the quarterly covering September 2016, we see that the loan has been reduced to $160,000.

Once again, there's no explanation at all. Was $40,000 repaid? Was it converted to stock? There's no corresponding entry for any $40,000 loan repayment in the "Expense" area of the income statement, nor is there a corresponding entry in the "Cash Flow" statement. This POS scam loses money every quarter and bleeds cash so - you tell me! How was the "loan" reduced by $40,000?

Why.. it's as if Kim is simply making the whole thing up, isn't it? The numbers simply don't balance.

It's a pretty long stretch from a $160,000 loan (the details of which have never been disclosed) to claiming Choi controls NGCG. An IMPOSSIBLE stretch, to be sure.

Or - just perhaps - this is simply another "fake debt for free shares" scam? LLOLLOLLOL Sure seems like it, doesn't it?

So? What gives JSBP - which is nothing more than another NGCG creditor - the right to sue Kalisky? Why can't they account for the "loan" payments?

Does anyone STILL think Kim is taking care of his beloved shareholders?
