Walgreen stopped selling tobacco products, so they cannot afford to let any competitor make any market shares moves at this time. So IMO Walgreens comes to the table with strong bargaining power. The deal will be to get exclusive right to Redhawk medical catalog. Win win for REdHawk and Walgreens.
