Well folks, I decided to put my money where my mouth is, so I ordered a Zen security system. While I just received it, and it is not installed, I write only of my experience up to this point. I can say that I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED. Everything from placing the order, to the packaging, as well as the quality of the components is TOP NOTCH. I have no doubts the this division of CHRON will exceed everyones expectations. While my system is not installed yet, as I just received it today, I did speak to the company assigned to monitor it. Apparently, the unit is set up prior to shipping, and the monitoring company is searching for its activation. When it doesn't appear, their automated system calls you and leaves a message asking that you call them back. So far, TOTALLY IMPRESSED. I'm looking forward to great things here. CHRON IS CLASS ACT ALL THE WAY. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL HERE.
