If they decide to pay a 2.5c dividend then I will rip their hearts out. Why pay a 2.5c dividend if they can pay 25c a month from now? Whatever they pay will set expectations for the next quarters.

The situation 3 months ago was, no debt, some $5M owed to directors and $3.8M in cash. At this point in time spending is the lowest because Q4 and Q1 are the slowest quarters. Which means that cash flow should be (has been) improving month after month. Perhaps they can collect a lot of money before the Chinese New Year.

You still don't get it. They could have $30M in cash a month from now. One thing is for certain, they didn't have the cash to pay a dividend 3 months qgo.

If the share price drops below something like $1.80 (God forbid) then the market cap will drop below $5M. And they will receive a warning from Nasdaq.
