Suing Cisco is concerning but perhaps there is something more happening behind the scenes. Given that a member of Finjan's board is the former President and COO of Cisco and that the Cyberisk person is the former director of operations of Cisco I think Finjan is posturing to get a buyout approved by Cisco's board. Mr. Moore must know that the board wouldn't approve a buyout unless presented with a reason. I may be grasping for straws but I'm otherwise perplexed as to why they would burn the bridge with the biggest ally.
