It's magic how the Dow is kept just below 20,000 - and you know at some point it will rise slightly above that point before the market pulls back.

I just can't imagine who has the interest to use their capital to make this 30 stock index reach make headlines. It seems a bad investment.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
