The people in the know are buying because the company is most likely receiving bids for a buyout. I believe final, binding bids end on March 1st. Hopefully potential suitors outbid each other and push the buyout price up. If earnings continually improve, we can get annual earnings to nearly $180 mil +. 3X annual earnings would be a good starting selling price so that would get us over $500mil price tag.
