SEC posts their investigations



No, they don't. They only post information IF they file charges. They certainly don't provide information to the public during an investigation. The police don't make public their investigations, so why do people somehow think the SEC, which is another law enforcement agency, would do it?

In this case, we know who is being investigated and what the SEC is specifically investigating for fraud, because the subject of said investigation has publicly stated as such. It has also been confirmed by certain witnesses and cooperating persons who have been contacted the Commission and interviewed. And since this investigation is currently still in progress, there is no link to the SEC website to provide.
