This is not the case. The system is rigged that everyone gets a fare shake. Equality is important too the system that all are equal regardless of educational back ground. The only thing you can be is time in the time slot you buy into. A common share holder that is not also part of the underwriting can't out maneuver someone that is a common share holder as well a underwriter. An underwriter can't out maneuver a bond holder slash underwriter position.

Then none of this maters if the company cannot produce assets after depreciation and amortization for the underwriting process to take place.
