It is my opinion, that you have highlighted several key connections that this John Zimmerman, a native of the Denver, Colorado area today, that make logical sense as to why there exists a tremendous amount of potential here surrounding HIRU.
They bought the whole control block and there was NO DEBT. If this is a HUGE MJ banking company -they have the relationships already and the COMMERCIAL business design to be best suited for this burgeoning part of the Mj industry.
It's also intriguing that he also led a company called Northern Lights. That always make me chuckle when. Popular MJ strain is mentioned plenty in someone's bio.
