@ Unimed Mr Simes brought Androgel to phase 3 then the Co spun out to Solvey then Abbott

@ Bpax He brought Libigel to phase 3 before spinning off to ANI

Although at first I wasn't pleased with merger , ANI CEO has done a excellent job ! Co s organic growth has been really something to watch over past few years.

In my view if we take both Libigel & Gvax out of the acquisition what was it that attracted ANI to acquire Bpax , 18 mil in cash is allot of money , a investment in potential asset? Will see all JMHO
