I don't know why they don't bring the Japanese or even Saudis in on this to help with the company portion of the loan. $30 Million is nothing for paricipation in a proven new technology. Sometimes you have a give up a little more than you want to get the deal sealed. There is plenty for all if they get this one off and running as more projects will follow. The first one is always the tough nut to crack.
There is a lot of independent oil money in Texas. These guys need to get creative and get it done. I am sure these guys are working hard on this... but what do we really know? No communication is not good.
