The PR says they would reach maturity after one year from March 2014, not three years. This company pulled a fast one on its investors. It's a shame. I've emailed them back in November and they were trying to play dumb and require me to give them documents etc. I emailed them again yesterday. I've sent the TA all the PRs from Dec 2013-April 2014 pertaining to these C Series Convertible Preferred Dividend Shares, plus my Scottrade statement from March and April of 2014. I'll let you guys know what happens. This is so blatantly deceptive. And it's terrible that horrible Former CEO Paul Phillips conveniently leaves with a golden parachute of our money and everyone forgets the promises he made in his PRs.
