In other words there is 69,368,539 free trading shares with a ACB of 0.015929 per share. Since volume has dried up that's not going to happen any time soon. Best bet is for the share holders is to hang on and hope for some marketing and solid corporate developments. I saw there was a 78m contract awarded but what is the cost to fulfill the contract? What is the underlying profit?? The terms of that deal are vague if the deal is even genuine...

Not worried about the rest of the stock as it's restricted or held by insiders that limit what can be sold. This is unless they short against their own positions.
