You are 100% correct and accurate with the following statement

MMG listed the company on MegerNetwork.com for the real cheap price of $19,500 because of the problems it had being on the DTC Chill list. https://mergernetwork.com/for-sale/hiru-amazing-as-is-cheap-shells-only-k/343631.htm A little over a year ago a securities attorneys none for buying shells with problems and cleaning them up to resell them bought it. He worked on it for about 10 months cleaning it up and put it back on the market all cleaned up and debt free. He listed it for $35k as you can see from the screen shot below.

I COMPLETELY AGREE 100% WITH YOUR OPINIONS HERE BELOW :

John Zimmerman bought it and is going to do something very exciting with it. He is now getting everything caught up. We will see the OTC market page updated real soon.. IMHO

I have been following this story for years and do my DD. I know what is going on here and we are golden. Once fillings hit which they will. (John did not buy HIRU not to catch it up). It will be caught up followed by exciting PR's that will create a lot of hype. Hype will drive the PPS to new heights. IMHO

It is my very strong opinion, that we will be hearing from the company next week by way of both filings and press release. EPIC move coming to those who understand the compilation of DD presented.
