With lagging accumulation indicators the dump was inevitable. Dilution note conversion reflects the cream and think tank. Bottom bounce perhaps or news on the dump a thon. VNDM sold 200 000 shares right before the bell the day before the crash...hint hint. He pumped out close to 5 million easy in that dilution run. Never a happy ending for buyers above 20c.
