Fundemental and technical aspects for NewGen concepts.

Thanks man. I've put some extensive time in with some of my investments this one needs a sticky!

Fundemantally:
Great company
Cleaned up debts
Diversified in consumer non cyclicals
Wine corks that i can see being a hit
And MJ (with a market share, when MJ just began selling medically in Florida).
Located in Florida....
Real company (I've called and had a family friend who is also invested check out the place)
They are working hard to keep their company going without toxic notes
Consistent PR's for that little bump with news.
Waiting for the big news on cork action (that's where the $$$$ comes in, again as stupid as corks seem....think again)


Technically:
Hitting resistance and finally breaking through with a close. (Don't hold me too this but it theoretically should have a breakout from this level)
Strong support with tons of trades going down.
A lot of the "weak handed traders" have left the building.
Also closing above the 50day is a big deal with a breakout.
Prices should be higher and much accumulation going on down here.
Bounced off 200 Dma (great sign of support so you know it's not a dog)

This has Cha-Ching written all over this from going through my investment checklists. Everybody needs a checklist before you buy but mine is extensive since I do a little private equity. But it checked out.
