In our last move up, from $0.40 to $2, there was a double top. Wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again, uplisting with a $5+ share price.
Also, there are a few big shareholders (non-insiders) with 6- and 7-figure share positions. It would behoove them to have as high as possible share price the date the prospectus goes final because it would reduce dilution. Throwing $50K or more at the ask wouldn't substantially increase their dollar cost average. The tricky part is guessing the final date.
