Message I received from Mr. lauzon today:

We have made progress with the issues that were presented to the BOD by our CFO. They were complicated issues that took place in 2015 and before. We believe that they will be resolved this Month. Once resolved we can finalize reporting and start up the operation again. Once again these issues all took place with the prior BOD and both our Chairman & I want to insure all shareholders are treated properly.
